Giuliana and Bill Rancic are finally expecting a baby!
It's been a long, emotional haul for Giuliana and Bill, and their baby's finally on the way!

It's been such a long road for TV host Giuliana Rancic, 37, and her husband (and Giuliana & Bill costar) Bill, 40.
They've struggled with IVF, miscarriage and breast cancer, and FINALLY they have some happy news to share: They're having a baby!!
They announced the news on the Today show just this morning. Check out the the segment for full details on the surrogacy, what they've been through, and of course, the emotional announcement:

As you saw in the video, the baby is due late summer via a carefully-selected gestational surrogate who lives in another state, and they join her for all the doc appointments. Bill and Giuliana are both biological parents.
They opted for a gestational surrogate due to Giuliana's cancer treatment. After her double mastectomy, she still has years of medication ahead of her, as well as radiation therapy. And they didn't want to put off parenthood any longer.
They apparently know the sex of the baby. But surprisingly, they're keeping it a secret. (Huh? They don't keep ANYTHING secret!)

I will admit to have watched their show on 3 different occasions as I remembered him from an early apprentice season, she drove me a little nuts while I watched. Hope it works out for them...they can't even agree on where to live!!!
