Courteney Cox, 48, is on the cover of the inaugural issue of New You Magazine. In an exclusive interview, the 48-year-old star shares thoughts on aging in Hollywood and talks a bit about de-stressing with her eight-year-old daughter (with ex-hubby David Arquette), Coco. While you and I may veg in front of Housewives of Beverly Hills (OK, just me? Sooo not just me, heh) to de-stress after a busy day, Courteney takes the weekend to really de-stress. Here's what she tells New YouSaturdays de-stress me a lot. I kind of have a routine that I love. In the morning, I hang out with Coco, and this chef comes and makes the most amazing food. After that, I get a massage and my nails done. Sundays are great too, I play tennis and then I always have people over....Hmm, fancy! Here's what Courteney has to say about aging and Hollywood:My biggest fear is that it catches up to you so quickly, it’s almost like you wake up and you’ve changed.... There’s so many beautiful people [in] and there’s so much pressure you put on yourself but David [Arquette] has always said to me, you’ve got to accept we’re all gonna age and just do it gracefully. And the sooner you accept, the easier your life is.And for Courteney, it looks like Botox and laser treatments are her way of accepting — or at least prolonging:You know what, I’m game for anything. I’m very open to trying to prolong the inevitable…. I’m a big laser believer. I really think they are the wave of the future. I just did Ulthera, which is supposed to produce collagen. And I’m about to do Fraxel, which will get rid of all these brown spots off my arms, chest and face.DISCUSS: How do you feel about aging, Botox, etc.? All I know is there won't be any Botox for me. I was just talking about this with a friend of mine (who's younger than me). She wants to do it. But I'd rather make peace with my inevitable lines than erase them (and my savings) every four to six months....To learn all of Courteney's anti-aging secrets, check out New You, on stands now. Here's Courteney talking about the New You interview with Jay Leno, about one of her anti-aging secrets, SEX, and about the recent "hand peel" she endured to get rid of "spots."Love!xo Haley-OSource
