Check out Beyonce Knowles, 30, making another rare appearance on the streets of NYC!

This time she's having what looks like a nice chat with her mom, Tina Knowles, as *tiny* 2-month-old Blue Ivy sleeps in the baby carrier. Awww....

Beyonce sported some wild, loose-fitting graphic-print pants, a black fedora and a black blazer to cover what looks like an already-slim-again post-baby bod.
