Amy Baskin has been writing for Today’s Parent and other national magazines for over a decade. The co-author of More Than a Mom, she leads workshops about life balance and special needs parenting. Amy lives in Guelph, Ont. with her hubby and daughter (who has autism). To escape her home office, Amy gets fit at the Y, sings in a choir, volunteers with Autism Ontario and cooks up a storm in an effort to lure her eldest daughter home from university.
