How to make a firefly: Step 1
To transform a kid-sized flashlight into a cute firefly, make antennae by twisting a pipe cleaner around the end of the handle.

How to make a firefly: Step 2
Twist two more pipe cleaners around the middle to make legs. Next, cut two circles from white craft foam. Dot the centre of each circle with a black marker.

How to make a firefly: Step 3
Glue circles to the end of the handle — these are the eyes. Cut wings from coloured craft foam or paper and glue them to the handle.
